Car Rental Sales Agent – Quick Drive

We are looking for a smart, friendly, and professional car rental sales agent for our offices in DUBAI, UAE.

Qualifications:

• 1. Must hold a graduate degree or equivalent.
• 2. Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
• 3. Prior experience in car rental/sales would be an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 1. Meet and greet customers, assess their needs, and recommend to them the best solution.
• 2. Calling existing as well as prospective customers and aiding in customer acquisition.
• 3. Processing the documents submitted by the customers.
• 4. Upselling and cross-selling additional products like SCDW insurance, child safety seats, etc.
• 5. Monitoring daily and monthly sales.
• 6. Meeting the targets set by the management.
• 7. Customer Service Executive role is to handle the car rental counter business and ensure to consistently provide high level of customer service, process accurate documentation in renting out vehicle.
• 8. The role requires an experience in Sales & Customer Service, with good communication and interpersonal skills. Car Rental experience mandatory.
• 9. The candidate should be flexible in work timings (Shift Timings)
• 10. Receive telephone calls and handle customer-related issues; direct other phone calls to appropriate personnel or take messages.
• 11. Complete, review and submit various reports to supervisor.
• 12. Maintain and update rental agreement files; contract and notify customers of overdue rental vehicles and inquire as to the expected date of return; process rental extensions.
• 13. Balance money in counter drawers, retrieve amount of money collected during shift, complete deposit slip and place money in safe.
• 14. Enter and maintain information in location logs.
• 15. Maintain cleanliness of the rental office area and perform associated custodial duties.
• 16. Complete Car exchange requests in Computer system or manually prior releasing the replacement vehicle.
• 17. Perform related responsibilities as assigned or required.

Pay

• 1. The right candidate will get a salary that is comparable with the best in the industry.
• 2. Additional commissions.
• 3. Other allowances as required by the UAE laws.
